The Hollies Pre-school, are based on the Lower Park School site and we are open 7:30am to 6:00pm, 51 weeks a year, for 2½ year olds or above. We also operate as a breakfast and afterschool club for children attending Lower Park School. In addition we operate a holiday club for 2½ to 11 year olds which welcomes all children from all schools and pre-schools. Click here for details on our holiday clubs.
Pre-school children are able to attend term-time only or 51 weeks a year. Term-time only children have the option of attending occasional days in the holiday if required.

We have set a standard hourly rate of £3.60 which applies from 7:30am-6:00pm.

Families with 2 or more pre-school/school children in breakfast and/or afterschool will receive a 10% discount for the 2nd and subsequent siblings (£4.86 for breakfast and £8.91 for afterschool).
School children who attend 5 days for breakfast and/or afterschool also receive a 10% discount as indicated in the table.
For all sessions relating to primary school and pre-school children we will require 1 months notice in writing of prior to the start of each half-term, otherwise 50% of the full half-term fees will be invoiced. A full fees and booking policy will be sent with confirmation of sessions or can be viewed on our website or requested prior to booking.
GOVERNMENT FREE EARLY EDUCATION FUNDING ENTITLEMENT, SESSION HOURS AND FEES
All 3 and 4 year olds will be entitled to 15 hours free childcare per week for 38 weeks a year. Please click here to read or download the letter with details of how these can be accessed at The Hollies.

Booking for the September 2011-2012 Academic Year
Initial bookings have been confirmed by email or post, if you have not received anything please contact Liz (details on the contacts page). Bookings for September 2011-2012 can still be made (subject to availability), please complete the relevant registration and booking forms.
By registering your child it means you will receive the booking forms when they become available for the relevant academic year. Registration forms can be found lower down this page.
NB Booking forms for
both the 2011-2012 Pre-School and Before and After School Care can be found lower down this page.
We can not guarantee any sessions until booking begins for the relevant academic year. We do aim to allocate places according to school entry year and order of receipt of the booking forms whilst providing pre-school childcare for 2 years.
Please refer to the Fees and Booking Policies (lower down this page) to see how places are allocated. If you are not registered at The Hollies please return the booking form with a registration form and £25 deposit if applicable (please see booking form).

Additional Notes:
If you wish to cancel a session for a full term or half term we will need notice in writing, one calendar month prior to the start of the term or half term, via letter or email to liz.taylor@theholliespreschool.co.uk. If notice is not received in this timeframe cancellation charges will be applied as specified in the relevant Fees and Booking Policies. A full fees and booking policy will be sent with confirmation of sessions.
